Build fast.
See what survives.
What is this?
2-Hour Experiments is an independent R&D lab for small software ideas, games, tools and interfaces.
The Rule
Start with an idea and give it roughly two hours. Build the smallest version that demonstrates whether the idea is interesting.
Why?
Not every idea needs to become a project. Prototyping quickly makes it possible to explore more ideas without committing weeks or months to each one.
After Two Hours
Each experiment gets logged and evaluated. Promising ideas can continue into development. Others can be shipped as small experiments, kept for reference or shelved.
Principle
Build fast. Log it. Ship what survives.
